• Account Information (name, email, phone number): Retained for the lifetime of your account. Upon account deletion, this data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Booking & Transaction History: Retained for 3 years from the date of the booking, as required for financial and tax compliance purposes.
• Payment Details: Payment card and UPI data is not stored on our servers — it is handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (e.g., Cashfree). Transaction references are retained for 3 years.
• Usage & Analytics Data (app activity, device info, location): Retained in anonymised/aggregated form for up to 2 years for improving app performance.
• Support & Communication Records: Retained for 1 year after the resolution of your query.
